From generation to generation the Fiasconaro family has handed down the secrets of the art of traditional Sicilian confectionery, but with some creative touches. The flagships are the extensive range of leavened products, colomba and panettone, some classic, others enriched with the family’s own spreads made with manna, pistachio, chocolate, and coffee. A line for lactose intolerance is also available. Then there are cubaiat, full-size and bize-size nougats, and Martorana fruit. An excellent line of natural jams and preserves is made with island fruit. A similar line exists for honey. The raw materials are all sourced in Sicily and processed painstaking craftsmanship. The various product lines now also include passito and sparkling wines.
