The Baruffaldi family has been dairy farming for four generations, passionately going about its business with experience and skill. The premium milk makes an excellent PDO Gorgonzola, a product of this area and outstanding for its unique aromas and flavours. There are mild and ripe (which has won major awards) versions, or combined with mascarpone, or with mascarpone and walnuts.
