After over a century as pork butchers, in the mid-20th century the Devodiers understood the natural vocation of the area between Langhirano and Lesignano de’Bagni for maturing hams, and opened a specific business there. Since then they have produced various lines of PDO Prosciutto di Parma and exclusive reserve products, matured in old cellars rich in noble rot and enzymes: Mornello (20 months), “più di 24 lune” (over 24 months), Secretum (30 months), Eccellenze (36 months).
