Oskar Bortoletti creates Forner products with passion and devotion. An artisan whose priority is quality, he runs his bakery-patisserie with his wife Orietta. The ingredients are carefully selected: organic flour and eggs, Belgian butter, top cream, and a love of baked goods made using a sourdough starter. As well as bread and breadsticks they offer baked cakes, pastries and handmade biscots, and products for festivities including colomba and panettone.
