Until recently known as San Nicola dei Miri, this producer represents the artisanal line of bottled foods produced by pasta maker Gentile. For a year now they’ve operated out of their new facility in Valle dei Casali, Gragnano. Fruits and vegetables are harvested by hand when perfectly ripe and then bottledwith excellent results. To-matoes make up the lion’s share of production, including the San Marzano and PDO Piennolo. These are available in sauces (including an organic version), fillets etc. There are also patés and products in oil, jams and fruit preserves, as well as fruit in syrup.
