Cavalier Umberto Boschi

Umberto Boschi’s delicatessen can be considered a stronghold of Felino PGI salami. Founded in 1922, over time it has hitched its name to one of Italy’s most famous cured meats. Today the third generation is carrying forward the work of producing traditional local salami, foremost Parma PDO prosciutto, made in their facility in Lesignano de’ Bagni. Their other local specialities (Parma PGI coppa, culatello, culatta), cooked ham and other featured pork products are produced in Felino.
