Giuseppe Castagna is the dynamic owner of a company bearing his name and for over 40 years he has sought out and selected in person the best dairy products. He works mostly with small producers who apply traditional and craft practices, and his catalogue vaunts hundreds of items in various lines: Taleggio, Quartirolo, Gorgonzola, Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano, Fontina, Bra, Raschera, Toma, Castelmagno, Asiago, Monte Veronese, and Montasio, all PDOs. Then there are tomas, mountain (including a rare Bettelmatt) and Val Vigezzo cheeses.
