The company opened in 2010 and is located in the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, a paradise of pristine Mediterranean vegetation made up of olive groves, vegetable and grain farmlands, and low vegetation on the coastal strip. In addition to olive oil from ogliarola salentina and cellina di Nardò cultivars, the pride of place is taken by the processed tomatoes, all organic, starting with the peeled tomatoes in olive oil and basil. Worthy of note there is also the Torre Guaceto fiaschetto tomato purée, fiaschetto tomato sauce, and dried seeds in olive oil.
