This small, artisanal charcuterie producer operates in a tiny facility in an area bordering Abruzzo and Molise. In 2007, Stefano Di Fiore embraced a family tradition passed down over generations, and created Bontà Di Fiore with the goal of promoting Abruzzo’s specialty pork products. All their cured meats are excellent and made without preservatives, with their Ventricina del Vastese, in particular, standing out. This traditional sausage is made with the best pork cuts, expertly sliced and seasoned with both sweet and hot peppers, making for a delectable spiciness.
