The brewery was founded in 2012, in a hamlet on the slopes of Mount Subasio, by the passionately determined Gertrude Salvatori Franchi and her husband Enrico Ciani. They were quick off the mark with their six very drinkable products (Terra, Nobile, Fiera, Saggia, Magnifica, Fuoco) all of high quality, some of which have taken home prestigious awards. There is focus not only on ingredients, but also on sustainability, using recyclable packaging, from the glass used for the bottles to disposable kegs that are then reused in farming.
