Easy to reach from the Taranto-Brindisi freeway junction, this producer features a large showroom where it’s possible to buy an infinite variety of delicacies, all made using artisanal, yet modern, methods. Care is taken that the best ingredients are used and that quality is maintained during all the different stages of production. During winter the focus is on chocolate, pralines, chocolate liquors, nougat and pannetone. In the hotter months attention shifts to fruit jelly drops, sugared almonds and dragée. In any case, it’s chocolate, in all its forms, that reigns supreme here.
