The company has been managing salt flats in various Italian regions (Puglia, Sardinia, Tuscany) since 1994, primarily extracting two types of salt: sea and rock. Its table salt ranges from the ultrafine, from Volterra’s underground deposits, to whole Sardinia salt, healthy iodized and diet salt, and salt mixed with spices, ideal for adding a touch of flavour to meats and roasts. There is also a “chef’s” line of pure salt crystals.
