For over 90 years the company has fielded passion, love of the area and much experience, working to process milk from the Val Taleggio and other pastures to make delicious cheeses, using astute, artisanal methods. The lion’s share is, of course, PDO Taleggio in various versions, alongside Quartirolo, Bitto, Formai de Mut, Asiago, and Gorgonzola, all PDOs. Then there are butter, mascarpone, zola, fontina, crescenza, mozzarella, primo sale etc.. Worthy of note are goat cheeses and an organic line.
