Montà, in the heart of Roero, is where the Truffle Trail starts, but also home to Ugo Cauda, who has been selecting and selling fresh and preserved truffles since 1988. His products range from the prized white truffle to the sought-after black truffle, bianchetto or spring truffle, and products made from this noble tuber.
