The company has been on the go for a decade, its mission always to promote typical regional produce, particularly San Marzano PDO and Antico Pomodoro di Napoli tomatoes, a Slow Food Presidium (from the native smek 20 variety), both of which are hand-picked and processed using state-of-the-art machinery. There are also peeled tomatoes (in 400- and 800-gram and 3-kilogram sizes); smooth and chunky tomato purée; baby yellow tomatoes in brine (750-gram glass jar); and cannellini beans in 500-gram cans.
