One of Italy's best and most famous breweries, 32 Via dei Birrai, was the brainchild of three partners, who were passionate about creating a new product in the beer-making landscape, both in style and concept. Quality, originality and research underpin the eight versions available, from a double-malt lager called Audace to the hop-rich pale Oppale, spicy Curmi and Tre+Due Qormi, and the double-malts Nebra, A Tra, Admiral, and Nectar, the latter with honey. There is also a beer vinegar, Ace To 32, made by very slow oxidation.
