Marco Alessandro Ricasoli Firidolfi leads Rocca di Montegrossi, an estate that's also known for the production of Chianti Classico wines. The vineyards and olive groves (the latter of which are mixed with fruit orchards) are grown organically. For their oil, they rely on 2,000 trees, 12 of the property's 100 hectares. Five guest rooms are available for rent.
