OLIVE OIL PRODUCER
Roberto Ceraudo’s 60-hectare estate includes 40 of olive groves, as well as vineyards and citrus orchards. The 7,000 olive trees are native local carolea and tonda di Strongoli cultivars. The olives are harvested as soon as they are ripe, and processed immediately at controlled temperatures, in a continuous cycle. Dattilo, which exports to Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and the USA, has guest facilities including eight rooms and a restaurant offering good local cuisine.
