Olive Oil Producer

Redoro

Description

Established in 1895, Redoro got its name from its two founders, Regina and Isidoro Salvagno. Defined by its long tradition, the producer is still in the hands of the same family who oversee about 3,800 plants spread across 40 hectares of land. Additional olives, when needed, are only used after a careful selection process. Olives are then pressed using one of the three presses (one at their main facility, one in Mezzana and one near Lake Garda, used only for extra-virgin Garda PDO), according to the strictest standards of quality control. Their quality selection of oils are sold both nationally and abroad and comprise an organic line, Veneto Valpolicella PDO and aromatized oils. They also sell organic vegetables bottled in oil, sauces, pestos, patés, cosmetic products and wine, all available on site or online. They also organize guided visits and tastings.
