Vittoria Biego di Costabissara has been leading this lovely estate, situated in the heart of Maremma, since 2009. Thanks to careful and constant work, the property now comprises 13 hectares of olive groves (in the process of being converted to organic). 1,500 of her 1,800 trees are in use.
