OLIVE OIL PRODUCER
Paola Orsini’s olive farm is certainly one of the best in the Colline Pontine area, covering 40 hectares, of which 30 are olive groves planted only with 4,000 age-old itrana trees. The quality of production is influenced by the exposure of the olive groves to the sea breeze, but also to the extensive experience of the owners and the organic methods they prefer. The olives are processed within a few hours of harvesting in the next-generation, continuous-cycle, certified organic olive mill. The farm exports its products to Japan, the United States, and Great Britain.
