Led by Gaetano Brusati, Massimo Spreafico and agronomist Luigi Castellano, this 52-member coop manages 3,500 trees on 7 hectares of terrain. They also produce chocolate infused with extra virgin oil, olive-flavored grappa and grape bread with olive oil.
