The Farruggia family, led by Alfonso and Giancarlo, manage this 20-hectare, organic olive grove (5,000 trees, all local varieties). Based near Realmonte (and the evocative Scala dei Turchi) overlooking the sea, Nettare d'oliva also produce olives preserved in oil, almonds and limoncello.
