A firm locally renowned for its quality, and since 2006 for its consistent production and product focus thanks to the tenacity of Giuseppe Giancarlini. It has around 8,000 olive trees of main local varieties (frantoio, leccino, moraiolo), distributed over 22 hectares of perfectly exposed terrain.
