Today, three brothers, Gianluigi, Donato, and Mariano Medina, continue to manage the centuries-old olive grove (1,300 trees on 9 hectares) passed down from their family, cultivating each tree organically and with the utmost respect for the environment. In addition to extra virgin from Ogliarola Garganica and Coratina olives, they also produce a line of cosmetics.
