Annalisa Torzilli's Il Molino is among the best producers and farm stays in the area. The property spans 300 hectares, 40 of which are olive groves (9,000 trees). They also produce flavor infused oils, pâtés, jams, cosmetics, and Senatore Cappelli durum wheat pasta.
