This farm was established by Pier Luigi Cavallucci, a man with a passion for extra virgin olive oil who purchased the land in the early 1970s. He also produces wine but the real focus is oil: just over three hectares of olive groves are home to frantoio, moraiolo, leccino, and pendolino varieties typical of the Chianti area. Some of the production is exported to France, Belgium and the United States.
