OLIVE OIL PRODUCER
Giampaolo Sodan and Fabrizia Cusani have created a real bellwether in the region with Frantoio Tuscus, the oil producer from Tuscia known for its high-quality extra-virgin olive oil. Their success in maintaining such high standards is thanks in part to a collaboration between the Olivaia farm and the modern facilities of Tuscus (which can be visited during the growing season), both of which are privately owned.
