Pasquale, Roberto, Raffaella, and Francesca Caruso are the siblings who manage this “modern family business”, as they call it, convinced that modernity must be upheld by the most deep-rooted traditions. This catchphrase sums up a wonderful experiment that in recent years has spoiled us with the extraordinary oils obtained from the 2,000 trees they own, including ravece, ogliarola, marinese, peranzana and leccino varieties. Products are exported throughout Europe.
