The business founded in 1939 by Leonardo Figoli is now in the hands of the fourth generation, namely Tommaso. The farm covers 45 hectares of which 32 are planted with 13,000 organic olive trees of varieties including frantoio, coratina and carolea. The olives are pressed in the estate’s mill within 12 hours of harvesting, and the oil is bottled under nitrogen after natural decanting. Online sales; exports to Japan, England, Germany.
