Founded in 2002, this lovely producer is managed thanks to the commitment and passion of the Paoli family, foremost Francesco. Their olive trees are to be found in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, in an area particularly well suited to their cultivation. Excellent jams and jellies are also produced.
