We can thank Francesco Di Mino for skillfully and aptly reviving an abandoned olive grove in Scintilia. The project, kicked off in 2017, has achieved commendable results in terms of quality. Today 4,500 olive trees (native varieties, except for Coratina) occupy 15 hectares of terrain.
