Active since 1938, Fattoria Ambrosio is one of the region's most notable producers. 25 of the estate's 100 hectares are olive groves, about 7,000 trees that grow alongside woods and Mediterranean scrub. Guest accommodations and food are available at their La Petrosa farmstay in Ceraso.
