Managed by Klodjan Agalliu and his wife, Eralda, this producer may be young, but it's off to a good start. After arriving in Italy from Albania in the early aughts, the pair set about growing olives, and since 2016 they've been cultivating their own 1,600, age-old Ogliarola Garganica trees.
