This estate is famous in Italy and worldwide for its wine production but also has an impeccable reputation for extra virgin olive oil. Founded in 1998, the Basilicata estate has about 500 trees of typical olive varieties, located on five hectares in the Vulture hills. The olives are pitted before processing, which applies the so-called "oil according to Veronelli" method.
