The estate can be found in the hills south-east of Florence, high above the road to San Donato in Collina. Allevamento dell'Apparita was developed thanks to the passion for the countryside that Antonio Arcangeli shares with wife Rossella Belegni and their daughter Arianna, an agronomist. Today this small but remarkable farm raises jumping horses and produces EVOO from 2,000 trees in four hectares of its own olive groves, and from two it rents with a precious heritage of moraiolo.
