Zanetti

Description

Zanetti began at the end of the 19th century as a small, artisanal operation for aging hard cheeses. Over time they evolved, enlarging, upgrading and increasing the number of facilities and eventually purchasing other producers. Indeed, today Zanetti, whose presence goes beyond national boundaries, is one of the most valued and important dairy producers in Italy. Grana Padano PDO is their crown jewel, available as an aged Riserva, grated or packaged in small portions. Parmigiano Reggiano PDO, also available in various ages, is just as important to their core business. There's even an organic variety. Then there's Provolone Valpadana PDO, pecorino cheeses, local Bergamo specialities (including Branzi, Taleggio PDO, stracchino, robiola, Blutunt, Formai del Mut), and a wide selection of dairy products (mascarpone, mozzarella, ricotta, burrata etc.), goat cheeses, speciality cheeses for the cheese connoisseur (Ubriaco del Piave, Cuor di tartufo, Gran Riserva al pepe, Caciocavallo in vinaccia) and more.
