Vincenzi got its start in 1905 as a small, completely family-run enterprise. Today the group comprises three brands: the international Matilde Vicenzi (, Grisbi (, and Mr. Day ( Despite their accomplishments, they still maintain the same values and principles on which the business was founded: respect for tradition, the use of select ingredients (only stone-ground Italian flours, free-range eggs, fresh butter, 'real' fruit preserves etc.) and, especially, attention to quality. Moreover, they are constantly researching methods to make new products and make their old products better. Among the most famous of Matilde Vicenzi's 'sweets' are their fragrant, savoiardi, amaretti cookies, their flaky millefoglie, their cantuccini, biscotti, 'minivoglie' pastries, as well as their bigné (with whatever filling you like) and spongecake for various types of desserts.
