Set up in an ex-butcher shop, Vegan Delicious is the brainchild of Fabio Mesana and his father, Piero. This family-run business shows that it's possible to bring together change and changing food needs with high-quality products and flavor. Take NoGluty, an organic vegetable sausage, aged perfectly and flavored with natural ingredients. Obviously it is gluten-free and is available in different flavors, including spicy. Another surprising product is the vegetable cheese, similar to mozzarella, called FioDiVegan. It too is organic and gluten-free.
