Agronomist Alberto Valier, from an ancient family of Venetian nobles that has owned the business since 1474, took over the estate 40 years ago and converted part of it into walnut groves. There are three main varieties of walnuts, which are sold today but above all processed into excellent products by the annexed facility. We find oil, flour, Nocino liqueur, cake, and biscuits; chocolate-coated walnuts; green candied walnuts; others in syrup and in oil; and green walnuts in syrup and jam. There are also jams, fruit jellies and pralines.
