Here three passionate young partners created a business model that processes and preserves the IGP Langa Tonda Gentile hazelnut using meticulous craft techniques, all overseen in person. What is the result? In addition to fruits in different packs, crushed hazelnuts widely used in confectionery, and some semi-finished products.
