An agricultural cooperative found in Val Taleggio, established by an initiative of the Valle Brembana mountain community and Taleggio and Vedeseta municipal authorities. Chaired by Flaminio Locatelli, the cooperative today is a point of reference for local farmers and a a leading production facility for Italian Bruna cow cheeses made in the traditional way. Products also include butter, yogurt, Vedeseta stracchino, strachitunt, Taleggio, Alben, Magrera and formagella, all made in the same meticulous fashion with bespoke ripening times.
