This charcuterie production facility is one of 55 working businesses in the well-known rehabilitation community on the Rimini hills and its name is linked to Vincenzo Muccioli. The meat is Suino Brinato, a registered trademark crossbreed of Mora Romagnola and Large White raised semi-wild in the company's own farms between Romagna and Montefeltro, fed on vegetable leftovers and corn, barley, soya and bran. On sale only in Italian shops and restaurants.
