Riso Pozzi


From generation to generation, since 1822 (the year in which the first rice mill was built by the Count Taverna family), Pozzi has grown rice in this corner of Pavia. Since 1961 they’ve cultivated carnaroli using authentic, certified seed. Natural and mineral fertilizers, well-timed harvesting, processing that doesn’t stress the grain, milling without polishing: these are some of the secrets to their unwavering level of quality.
