After learning the secret recipe for bacio di dama cookies in Tortona, Sergio Rippa, along with his brother, founded the bakery that bears their name. Since 1958 they have specialized in this traditional sweet (available in different flavors like coffee, almond, hazelnut etc.) and soft amaretti cookies (available in cherry, lemon, orange and apricot). The secret to their success has never changed. It lies in the choice of select ingredients and the artisanal methods used to prepare them.
