In just three years, the craft facility founded by brewer Marcello Ceresa with his siblings Monica and Davide, has risen brilliantly in the Italian ranks. Awards began to arrive right from the beginning, with the first four labels. Now there are nine types, including Black Bullaby, a Belgian String Ale scented with cocoa and vanilla, barrique-aged Malanima, and the incredible Bloody Mario from high fermentation with coriander, grapefruit and orange zest, and whole cherries.
