Description

One of the most famous names in Sardinian nougat production, located in the heart of Barbagia, and founded in 1963 by Salvatore Pruneddu to keep alive old local traditions. The flagship is the torrone classico, a nougat using only selected ingredients, from honey to dried fruit, without sugar, glucose syrup and preservatives. There are three brands: Pruneddu, Barbagia and Arasule. There are various sizes and shapes, from blocks to sticks; from classic nougats wrapped one by one, to fingers with various types of local honey.
