At Principe, artisanal craft and modern technology come together beautifully. The cheesemaker, which was founded in 1965 by Domenico Buonanno, prides itself on the ingredients it uses (starting with milk, of course), all of which come from certified sources. From here the ingredients are worked into high-quality products like Buffalo Mozzarella PDO, available in different shapes and sizes. Smoked and vegan mozzarella cheeses are also available. Their shop sells wine and speciality food items as well.
