These are the fruit, citrus, flower, spice and medicinal herb essential oils created by this Puglia startup, founded in 2016 by Vito Cannillo and pastry chef Tiziano Mita. PRI.MA (a fusion of the words 'prima' and 'materia', Italian for 'raw ingredients') makes more than 30 types of oils from organic vegetables through an innovative process of extraction developed in collaboration with a team of biologists, nutritionists and chefs.
