Description

The efforts of more than a hundred farm workers produce organic spelt here in a territory that is particularly well-suited to its cultivation, with a maximum respect for the environment and the aid of renewable energy sources. Flour comes first, but there's a whole lot more, starting with various types of pasta (whole wheat, egg, gnocchi), crackers and bread substitutes, snacks, biscotti, sweets, baked goods, pearled spelt (perfect for salads and soups) and even beer.
